If you are a student and you are going to Merge, you need to bring in a deposit of $100. Your parents will also need to come Wednesday so they can fill out paperwork. It is very important that we get everything in.

Don’t miss Winter Jam this Sunday! Be at 24church at 3:00pm! We will head towards Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena at 3:45 and get back at 10:00pm. Cost is only $15 ($5 Extra to cover Gas and parking)! Bring a friend and get ready to have a sweet awesome time!

Saturday, October 30th at 9:00 A.M at LP Field

• The walk starts at LP field and follows a directed path throughout downtown Nashville.
• We need to be at LP Field between 8:00 & 8:30
• W(hat to wear: Halloween costume modest) / something pink
• What to bring: water bottle, money for lunch afterward

We would like for each individual try to raise at least $25!
• This is as easy as asking 2 people to donate $10 and donating $5 on your own, or asking 5 people to donate $5!
• If you are unable to donate, still come out and support those who have passed on, survived, and are currently fighting the battle with breast cancer!

We will get up and leave to go the Nashville Rescue Mission to server lunch. Afterwards we will go eat lunch downtown We will need to be at the rescue mission by 9:45am to help prep and serve lunch. Below is information from the Rescue Mission Regarding Dress Code and other information.

Dress Code
•Closed toe shoes must be worn in all volunteer positions.
•Long pants are strongly recommended when volunteering in the kitchen.
•Volunteers must wear clothing that is deemed modest by staff. Please do not wear midriff-revealing tops, short shorts, muscle shirts or anything tight-fitting.
•Clothing worn by volunteers must not portray alcohol, cigarettes, drugs or sexual or violent themes.
•Dangling or loosely worn jewelry should be removed before arriving.
•A hairnet or baseball cap must be worn.

Information
•Volunteers are asked not to share personal details such as home address or phone/cell number with Mission Clients.
•All personal information about Mission Clients is strictly confidential except when he/she shares information about matters with legal consequences such as someone being in danger or endangering others. In this case, volunteers must report the information to the staff person in charge.
